Juste S

Juste S is a Paris-based DJ and producer whose sets vibrate at the crossroads of organic polyrhythms, offbeat grooves and deep textures. Her mixing practice is intuitive, free and sensory, guided by a constant search for surprise and narrative. Each performance thus becomes a hybrid space, a shifting terrain between rhythmic tension and sonic freedom, where music acts as an emotional language.

Drawing on a broad musical spectrum – from contemporary electronic pulses to joyful West African rhythms to striking pop vocals – Juste S constructs immersive worlds where contrasts meet. On stage, she transforms the dance floor into a place of metamorphosis, a bridge between past and future, where the body is invited to feel as much as to dance. Her sets are sonic narratives, combining physical intensity and inner exploration.

Inspired by dance, she draws much of her creativity from the movement of bodies. Body rhythms become the basis of her compositions, shaping a continuous dialogue between music and physicality. In 2021, she co-founded the Parisian collective La Taquinerie, with the stated aim of defending a more inclusive, egalitarian and inventive scene. Here, she explores alternative formats, takes over atypical venues and reinvents codes, driven by a committed and resolutely contemporary artistic vision.
