We recognize its importance in raising awareness about the <strong>structural barriers<\/strong> faced by womxn in the music industry and advocating for <strong>meaningful change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our activists, including influential individuals from the music industry and beyond, are dedicated to advancing <strong>social justice <\/strong>and <strong>equality<\/strong>. Through discussions and debates, we <strong>provide a platform<\/strong> to<strong> address gender inequality<\/strong> and <strong>discrimination <\/strong>within the <strong>industry<\/strong>. We hope to create a space where womxn can <strong>share their experiences<\/strong>, voice their concerns, and <strong>collaborate on solutions<\/strong> to create a <strong>safer <\/strong>and <strong>more inclusive environment<\/strong> for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To <strong>empower women and non-binary individuals<\/strong> as agents of change, we organise workshops and training sessions.
